The Kaduna Galaxy Mall site covers an area of 45283 sqm. Its mall is 10,826.2 sqm and lettable area of 8445 sqm with its Anchor Tenant ShopRite having an area of 2160sqm with a dedicated service yardwith. The Kaduna Galaxy Mall is the anchor project of the Kaduna Market Development Company and a private concern Amsalco Nig Ltd. It contains a Cinema of 3 Chambers, 63 line shops of varying sizes from the minimum of 12sqm to 370sqm, 6 no Restaurants of varying sizes and a total parking space is 465.
