J41 is a palatial residential development sitting by the ocean view in Africaâs most expensive neighborhood, Banana Island Ikoyi Lagos. This building is a 3-floor duplex that consists of 3 living rooms, 9 Bedrooms, 2 Kitchens, a panic room, an elevator, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, an indoor gym, and a club just to mention a few.
